We explore, make sense of things, and gradually build clarity together.
These are about getting to know:
Some people come with something very specific. Others come with a feeling they can’t quite name. Both are completely valid starting points.
You bring your experiences, questions, patterns, frustrations, hopes — and I bring curiosity: reflection, structure, psychoeducation, compassionate challenge, or simply space to think out loud. We shape the work together, session by session.

If ADHD, autism or AuDHD is part of your life, we can explore:
We move at a pace that feels manageable and meaningful.
In the sessions, we explore what’s going on beneath the surface: the patterns, the stuckness, the emotional intensity, the relationship dynamics, the moments of shutdown or burnout, and the places where things feel confusing or too much. We make sense of these experiences gently and gradually, without judgement or pressure.
I am trained in the use of Transactional Analysis which can be a helpful map for understanding your inner world, your relationships, and the beliefs or coping strategies that have shaped your life. Sessions are grounded and human, with space for reflection, emotional processing, education, and real life application.
My aim is to offer therapy that feels genuinely supportive for neurodiverse clients: a space where you don’t have to mask, explain yourself, or shrink parts of who you are. Instead, we work together in a way that feels steady, validating and meaningful.
My counselling and therapy are all tailored to the individual; no one-size-fits-all approach.
