Understanding neurodiversity is essential for providing effective ADHD and autism therapy. Our counseling services are specifically designed to support individuals with ADHD and autism, offering tailored therapist support that meets their diverse needs.
For a long time, I felt like something was wrong with me. However, understanding and accepting my ADHD and other aspects of neurodiversity helped me make sense of who I am. This journey has allowed me to start living a life that truly fits me. These experiences have shaped my work today, as I now provide counseling services, including Autism therapy, and offer therapist support to others navigating similar paths.
Neurodiversity emphasizes the vital and natural differences in how human brains and nervous systems operate. While the world may not yet fully embrace these differences, I have established my practice with this vision, providing counseling services that focus on ADHD and Autism therapy.
What matters most is your world—how it feels, what’s working, and what obstacles you face. This may involve revisiting past experiences that continue to influence you or understanding feelings of disconnection from family, social groups, work, or relationships. Together, we’ll examine your patterns: how you respond, what you carry, and what has been expected of you.
From this foundation, we can start to address challenges such as burnout, anxiety, depression, overworking, hyperfocus, special interests, and that subtle feeling of losing touch with yourself. The goal isn’t to fix you; it’s to foster understanding and acceptance, empowering you with the therapist support you deserve to make choices that lead to a life that feels right and meaningful to you.
I’m a trained psychotherapeutic counsellor offering both support and insight, particularly in areas like ADHD and Autism therapy.
